Frequently Asked Questions

Re-activating a deleted or expired number

If a number has been accidentally deleted or has expired due to non-payment, you may still be able to recover it.

First, log in to your account and go to the Numbers section of your portal. Click on “Add New”.  If the number is still available, you’ll be able to repurchase it directly.

All virtual numbers are charged at £2 per month and include a 60-minute monthly call forwarding bundle as standard.

If you can’t find your number listed, please contact our support team to check if we can manually restore it to your account. Please note: an admin fee may apply for reactivating deleted or expired numbers.
