After you have created your free Number People account, you will have access to your online customer portal. This is where you manage your account and can also add on extra services such as;

All of these services require media to be played to the customer, and you set this via the media section.
The media section of the portal allows you to upload any media that you already own to play to customers, or you can also use our free text-to-speech service.
Our text-to-speech services allow you to type in the script which you want to play to callers, and then also select the language and whether you want a male or female voice. It’s a fantastically simple service which is free to use.
If you prefer to bring your own recordings, then that’s not a problem either. simply upload your media file via the media section, and then you can assign it to any service you wish.
